J. Michael Malone, Esq.

 

J. Michael “Mike” Malone was born in 1968.   Since graduating from the UNC School of Law, Mike has focused his practice on the representation of North Carolinians and their families in all matters of litigation.

 

Mike has handled cases across North Carolina and recovered millions of dollars for his clients.  Mike is married to Jennifer Malone and has two children - 7 year old Sam Malone and 5 year old Grayson Malone.

Jason L. Hendren, Esq.

 

Mr. Hendren is a Board Certified Specialist in Business Bankruptcy. Mr. Hendren specializes in solving complex business problems, including financial workouts, business reorganizations and commercial disputes. With litigation experience in state and federal court, as well as significant experience in United States Bankruptcy Court, Mr. Hendren offers a variety of creative solutions to efficiently address his clients’ problems.

Rebecca F. Redwine

 

Rebecca Finch Redwine  focuses her practice on Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies for both businesses and individuals.    She has also served as Unsecured Creditors Committee Counsel in Chapter 11 bankruptcies in North Carolina.   In addition, Rebecca has experience with family law as it relates to bankruptcy.  From 2010 through 2013, Rebecca was named a North Carolina “Rising Star” in the area of Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights by the North Carolina Super Lawyers magazine.  Additionally, Rebecca was also recognized in the bankruptcy area as Legal Elite for 2013.

 

Rebecca earned a Phi Beta Kappa key from North Carolina State University (B.A., 2004) and was an honor student at the University of North Carolina School of Law (J.D., 2007), where she was a client coordinator with the pro bono Community Legal Project and served on the executive board of the Domestic Violence Advocacy Project.

 

Currently, Rebecca serves as a board member and volunteer for Read and Feed, a non-profit which assists children with reading and academic skills.   She also serves as a volunteer attorney for Legal Aid of North Carolina, assisting with their “Lawyer on the Line” program.   Additionally, Rebecca has worked with the Young Advocates, a group of young professionals that supports the Boys & Girls Club, and has provided volunteer legal services at the Healing Place, a non-profit recovery and rehabilitation facility for homeless people with alcohol and drug dependency.  Rebecca has formerly served as Committee Chair for the Silent Partners program, an attorney mentoring program created by the Young Lawyer’s Division of the North Carolina Bar Association.

 

Originally from Oxford, North Carolina, Rebecca resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband, Philip Redwine, Jr.
